Yes, we accept returns on sellable, unopened boxes of tile, wood, and laminate within 90 days of purchase. Please ensure you have your original receipt or order confirmation.
How do I calculate how much material I need to order?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10% waste factor for cuts and breakage. For diagonal patterns, consider adding 15% to your total.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we are a retail specialist, we provide a list of local, independent professional installers. We also offer free in-store design services to help plan your project.
